RFA .NET
Indicates the number of downstream users that have interest at the related priority class.

Namespace: ThomsonReuters.RFA.Message
Assembly: RFA8_NET110_x64 (in RFA8_NET110_x64.dll) Version: 8.0.1.1

Syntax

C#
public ushort GetPriorityCount()
Visual Basic
Public Function GetPriorityCount As UShort
Visual C++
public:
unsigned short GetPriorityCount()
F#
member GetPriorityCount : unit -> uint16

Return Value

The priority count.

Remarks

The value allows the infrastructure to govern pre-emption. Consumer implementation ensures a Provider application only receives the collective number of users at the highest priority class of any merged stream. The PriorityCount can be 1-65535. If the value is zero, there is no longer interest in the item. Though, in this case the stream is not closed.
